Pixom · Early access

A little help with your gallery.

Whether you’re delivering a shoot or opening photos shared with you, start here.

Opening an invitation

Continue with the Google account that received the invitation. If you’re new to Pixom, an account is created during sign-in. Accept the invitation to get access.

A gallery invitation opens one project. A studio invitation gives access to all projects in that studio, according to your role. Clients can find their invited galleries under Shared with you; they don’t need to create a studio.

If you see “Access needed”, check which Google account is signed in. Ask the photographer for a new invitation if yours has expired or was revoked.

Sharing with a client

Open a project and choose Share gallery. Invite a client by email for private access, or enable a guest link for access without signing in. Anyone with a guest link can forward it. Turn guest access off or replace the link when you need to stop it working.

Share the link copied from the gallery. Studio subdomains and custom domains are not available during early access.

Resuming an upload

New uploads can be up to 2 GB per file. Keep the gallery page open while files transfer. If you pause, lose your connection or close the page, return to the same gallery, account and browser within six days, then select the original files again.

Pixom checks the files and resumes from saved progress. Clearing browser storage or ending a private browsing session removes the saved references. Uploading and previewing are different: a file’s format and your browser determine whether it can play or display in the gallery.

Downloading your files

The photographer controls whether original downloads are available. When enabled, choose a file’s download action and check your browser’s Downloads list or your device’s Files app.

Download All offers ZIP parts containing the original files. Start one part at a time, check progress in your browser’s Downloads, then extract the ZIP. Keep space for both the ZIP and its extracted files. On iPhone or iPad, open Files → Downloads and tap the ZIP; on Android, use Downloads or your Files app. You can also download individual files. If a ZIP fails, remove the incomplete copy and download that part again from the beginning. Contact the photographer if the gallery is no longer accessible.

Disabling original downloads does not prevent screenshots or copies of previews that a viewer can already see.

Your account and studio files

You can delete your personal account from Settings. This removes your identity and memberships from Pixom’s active account records. Shared studio galleries and originals stay with the studio.

If you are a studio’s last owner, account deletion is blocked until ownership is resolved. Contact support for help with ownership, closing a studio, or a data request. Keep your own copy of original files; Pixom is a delivery workspace.

Contact support

Use the feedback form or email hello@pixom.app. Include the studio and gallery names, what you were trying to do, the time of the problem, and your browser or device. For upload problems, include the file type and size.

Describe the error without sending passwords, sign-in codes, guest links or private client photographs. For permission to view or download a client gallery, contact its photographer first.
